POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM
In the case of gantry cranes, a cable winding drum mounted on the crane itself is used, which winds/unwinds a multi-core flat cable fixed to one end of the travelling way.
In the case of overhead travelling cranes, a fixed supply line is used that is inserted into an inverted U-shaped channel (Blindo trolley) within which a gripping shoe fixed to the overhead crane moves.
